We all know how the story goes, right? Bella moves to Forks. Edward has an all out internal war with himself over the smell of her blood. Eventually, Edward gets used to the smell and falls in love with Bella, and she with him. But something's wrong; he's a vampire, and she's a human after all! Something is very wrong when an innocent game of Cullen Baseball turns into a hunting spree for Bella's blood. In an attempt to save her beloved, our Juliet-like character ventures from Alice and Jasper to a ballet studio to confront James in hopes of getting away alive, though she knows her chances are slim to absolutely none.
But that's when her new family comes in, the one that almost all consider her part of them too. Edward, Alice, Jasper, Emmett, and Carlisle burst into the room to save the day, with little information as to what condition our heroine is in. When they finally see what James has done to Bella, Edward is forced to sink his teeth right into Bella and suck the venom from her body, as if a snake-bite healer.
Meanwhile, as Jasper, Alice, and Emmett attempt to rip James apart piece by piece, they find it more difficult than they'd expected. And as his savage body shook and stirred, the three vampires started to loose their grip, and eventually, James was able to escape.
Now, with James, Victoria, and Laurent still on the loose, what's going to happen to Bella and the Cullens? When will Bella ever be safe in Forks?
